Hi! My favorite food is the vegan Japanese ramen, which is made based on a soy paste soup (miso), instant noodles, fresh vegetables and roots, fried tofu, nori seaweed and spices, it is a preparation that is consumed hot, with chopsticks and a soup spoon. I sometimes consume it in places specialized in this type of oriental food.
I really like each ingredient separately and even more everything together, I enjoy them and it is just a perfect combination, it is a different way of eating compared to Chilean traditions, trying other cultures and a tasty option for the vegan lifestyle that I lead.
Consuming ramen frequently could increase my blood pressure, cholesterol, and even develop heart and stomach problems. We must be responsible with what we consume and in moderate measures, enjoy what we like with conscience. Thanks for reading.
